How would other people describe you as an athlete?
Dedicated to the sport and always ready to compete.
How and why did you start playing?
I started playing to better myself, it sounded fun, and for my mother who was always pushing me to be better.
Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.
I don’t eat to make weight and then eat like crazy afterwards.
For people that have never played your sport, what do you think the average person gets wrong about it?
That they think it would be easy when it really isn’t.
What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?
I wear themed socks like Star Wars or Kirby because they’re good luck.
Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.
Wrestling at the regional tournament.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
Coming back from a broken finger to still wrestle.
As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?
My mother for believing in me no matter how bad I did.
What advice would you give to your younger self when you began playing? T
To work out more than I did and to eat healthier.
What’s on your sports bucket list?
To start working on my body and start getting bigger.
