Yearbooks

INFORMATION

The Creek 2024-2025 yearbook is now on sale! This will be a beautifully designed 320-page book that highlights the memories we make in our school community. Parents of seniors might also be interested in purchasing a senior tribute, which is a guaranteed spot in the back of the yearbook with family pictures and a message from your family to your graduate. This is a gift that will stay with them for their whole life!

We cannot order additional books once the order has been submitted to the printer. You must reserve a book by May 23, 2025 to guarantee you’ll have one when they are delivered. Please note we are a summer delivery book because we cover all of the May events including prom and graduation. Staff is busy completing production of the book in June and the book arrives before school starts. We have a pick up day for graduating seniors and we have a pick up during all lunches during the first week of school.

DELIVERY

Caney Creek Student Media produces a book delivered in the summer. This is so we can include all of the activities in the spring that are important to students including graduation, prom, spring sports, spring clubs, honor graduates, superlatives, powderpuff, faculty/senior basketball game, and other traditions that happen throughout the year. Families will be responsible for checking their email on file with the school to find out when the yearbook will be delivered.

The delivery time varies depending on the printer and their workload, as well as the delivery availability from the third-party contractor they use to ship the yearbooks to the school.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not allowed on any product after the final yearbook purchasing deadline. This includes once the books have been delivered. This is because we purchase yearbooks based on orders. We do not order extra books. Certain, extraordinary circumstances might result in a refund at the discretion of the adviser or staff. In the rare situation that the staff or adviser does award a refund, the family will not be able to keep the product.

Exchanges can be made for books with minor flaws (there is always some damage from the transportation process). However, there cannot be any writing in the book in order to receive a refund. Any damage caused after the book has been taken away from distribution will be determined to be the fault of the purchaser. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide proof of purchase if the staff cannot find record of the purchase. A valid receipt or a canceled check deposited in the publications account will constitute proof of purchase.

Any purchased book not claimed within the calendar year it is produced will become the property of the program and the price forfeited. Students who withdraw or move away from CCHS can pick up books in person or can have alternate arrangements made with the adviser.
