How would other people describe you as an athlete?
dedicated and cares for the spirit.
How and why did you start playing?
I was mostly bored and didn’t really have a sport to play, soccer seemed cool and I thought I would give it a try.
Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.
I talk to one of my best friends, May she always helps me get ready for games.
What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?
Whenever I get on the field, I always pray because I don’t want to get hurt or anyone else to either, I want us to have a safe game.
Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.
Last year we were playing against college park, my coach put me in at the last few minutes and I scored the final goal and I ran up to hug May and she swung me around.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
Making the team in general is a pretty big accomplishment for me.
As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?
Definitely my mom if it weren’t for her, I probably wouldn’t be playing right now.
What advice would you give to people that may want to play your sport?
You have to be tough, it’s a contact sport which can get dangerous, just be strong and don’t get too into your head about anything.
What’s on your sports bucket list?
I want to score at least five goals in a game.
