The panthers played a great game on Friday at Tomball stadium. Despite the hour delay, it still went smoothly.
“It was a very close game, and I think the boys played great and worked as a team.” senior Cameron Smyrl said.
This was only the second game of the season and some of the coaches are setting goals to become better.
“We were better in week two’s game than week one but thats our major goal, To get better every week.” Coach Verzwyvelt said.
For some, Friday was a rough night due to the rain.
“My first away game was actually pretty rough because of the rain.”sophomore Aubree Martin said.
With only losing by eight points it still was still a very spirited game.
“It was very spirited and fun,” sophomore Kristian Smith said. “Everyone was really involved.”
It was a great game on Friday, and even though they were defeated they will bounce back and revive themselves for this Saturdays game.
