Help The Troops

JrROTC students are now taking donations for our Nation’s military servicemen in support and appreciation for their sacrifice.

“We can donate a lot of things such as, food items, meat packets, clothes, soap, wash towels or even cards, that would show we appreciate what they’re doing out there”, JrROTC senior Joseph Armilla said.

This does not only gives a person a good feeling about donating but also gives them a sense of community as well.

“Not only you experience the feeling of giving to the community as a citizen, but it also shows that you’re not just a random person that does nothing. You’re one that actually cares what is happening outside the country,” Armilla said.

JrROTC students have been receiving non-stop donations not only from students and staff in school but also from generous citizens in our community.

Giving allows students to say thank you to our service men and women who serve in the military.

Donations will be taken until November 2.
