How would other people describe you?
I think people would describe me as a good motivator and someone who’s always there for them.
How and why did you start playing?
I just joined because after dazzlers everyone was joining, and I didn’t have anything else I was interested in.
Describe how you prepare before a game.
Usually I like to take a nap even if it’s 5 minutes or I just like to talk with my friends or Ms. Kloes.
What do you think your reputation is as an athlete?
I think I’m goofy and a good friend but also that I’m good when it’s time to be a leader.
What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?
Usually before the game we either meditate or have a dance party as a team.
Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.
I think my favorite memory on the field is doing struts, I love doing struts every time. Off the field I like dinner before game days because I just get to talk with people.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
I think I was most proud my sophomore year because I tried out for two officer positions so I did double the work. I got the dance officer position which I didn’t really think I was going to get so I’m proud of that.
Who is someone you are thankful for and why?
I would say I’m thankful for my senior class because we’re all really close together and we keep each other interested.
What advice would you give to people that may want to play your sport?
Don’t be afraid to go for it. You don’t have to have any experience because we have really good officers and just really good people on the team so even if you’re just there for the friends you’ll have a friend or if you want to be a good dancer they’ll help you get there.
What’s on your bucket list?
Something on my bucket list is to get my aerial, it’s like a cartwheel with no hands.
