Christmas is just around the corner and many students have already started making their holiday wish gift list. On the top of everyone’s list is money, closely followed by trendy items like Chacos, James Avery, Polaroid Cameras, and Duck Boots. Popular sites also make Wish List making easier.
“I go on Pinterest and say OMG! I love that…OMG! I need that. I really love Pinterest,” sophomore Sadie Woolery said.
But what makes trendy items trendy?
“I like to be like everyone else,” sophomoreMegan Byler said.
Whether you follow the crowd or like to stand out, there is something for everyone.
“I really want a Gramophone for Christmas. My sister got a typewriter,” freshman Constance Burleson said.
Some kids just want basic gifts they can use everyday.
“I hope to get some new Nike Roshes this year,” junior Craig Keuchel said.
Some are hoping for the latest technology.
“I am hoping to get the Samsung Galaxy S4 Note,” sophomore Robert Melore said.
