How would people describe you as a person?
Some people describe me as very compassionate. I like to whenever I have a hobby or some subject I like. I’m very into it. I’ve always wanted to pursue what I want as myself.
What do you do outside of school for fun? Why?
gardening, and as to why? Is because whenever I was little, my mother always tried to make a garden. But, you know, there’s always harsh weather in Texas.
What Career would you like to pursue? Why?
To be a chiropractic veterinarian, because I want to help the animals that are in need and put the end to their discomfort.
When people get to know you, what are they most surprised to learn about you?
That I am very open minded and that I don’t judge people based on what they have done or in the past.
What’s on your phone background? Tell us why you chose that.
Well, tell us why you chose that. Okay, my favorite, well, it’s an anime called Delicious and Dungeon. It’s about the use of characters. They go out in a dungeon and then cook monsters. So it’s like my favorite thing, because it’s so goofy and so happy.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
Well, back when I was in eighth grade during advisory, there’s these two boys. They were there’s this one kid, he had Tourette’s Syndrome and ADHD. He was off his meds that day. And during that time, there’s this kid that was on the football team. He was dangling his phone around all around the room trying to make him catch it like a dog. And the advisory teacher was not doing anything. No one was doing anything. They were just staring. And I just was in shock, because my little sister, Annabelle, if she was in that same position, I would not be able to tolerate that. So I went up to an entire class and told them, what the hell is wrong with y’all? Why are y’all letting this kid get bullied? He is literally just like he has disabilities. Y’all shouldn’t let that happen in front of you. Yeah.
Who is someone you are thankful for and why?
I’m thankful for my dad, because he’s been a really big help in my ffa journey.
What advice would you give to others?
Is to not take things that people tell you to heart and always pursue what you think is right.
What do you hope to be remembered for?
I hope to be remembered for my strong character as a part of the community at the school. I mean, I’ve been trying my best to put in effort.
What’s on your bucket list?
My bucket list is I’m gonna fix my chain on my bike, and finally, where I ride it around the neighborhood. You know, I finally saved up like $148.
