Was there a career you wanted to pursue OR pursued before teaching.

I wanted to be a kindergarten teacher but then decided I didn’t want to work with little kids.

Tell us about how you got into teaching. 

I don’t teach.

What do you do outside of school for fun? Why? 

I spend time with my kids, because I love them.

When people get to know you, what are they most surprised to learn about you? 

That I’m actually really nice.

Who is someone you are thankful for and why?

My husband because he helps a lot with the family.

What advice would you give to someone pursuing a career similar to yours?

You have to have patience to deal with these kids.

What do you hope to be remembered for? 

Putting a smile on somebody’s face when they’re having a bad day.

What’s on your bucket list? 

I want to go to Greece.
