How would other people describe you?

In basketball terms the aggressive one, and other people would describe me as funny.

How and why did you start playing?

So my dad wanted me to play sports, and at the time, I was like the tallest one there so I decided to play basketball.

Describe how you prepare before a game.

So before I prepare to play a game, I usually stretch, and eat because I get light headed if I don’t eat before a game.

What do you think your reputation is as an athlete?

My reputation In the basketball team would be the aggressive one and the one with IQ, I guess.

What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?

Usually I don’t do it in school because when we’re on the same team, but with my friend in AAU, we usually did a handshake before a game. This usually gets us fired up ig.

Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.

Definitely, when we went to Dallas for a tournament in AAU, that was fun because we got to stay in a hotel room with all the teams. It was pretty fun. So we got in trouble by our couch for staying up late.

Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.

I’m mostly proud of getting one of our current teammates to play basketball , because a couple of years back he didn’t want to play basketball and I got him to play basketball and now he’s one of the good ones on his team. It was Aaron Williams.

Who is someone you are thankful for and why?

My mom, she’s the one that plays basketball, she’s the one that takes care of me and like you know, helps me out.

What advice would you give to people that may want to play your sport?

This is going to sound very overrated but confidence. Definitely confidence for basketball because otherwise you’re not gonna do well.

What’s on your bucket list?

Is to keep working on basketball and get better.
