How would other people describe you?
Probably energetic and fun, but also a perfectionist.
How and why did you start playing?
My dad wanted me to do a sport, and soccer ended up being popular in the area, so I tried it. I usually quit at things i suck at but I loved it so I kept trying at it and got better.
Describe how you prepare before a game.
I tape and put bandaids on my hands, feet,toes, and fingers, and fingers, and stretch weak shoulders.
What do you think your reputation is as an athlete?
Hard-working and supportive.
What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?
Eating candy before a game, my superman hot wheels car, my prayer going into and half, and making sure the goal is centered correctly.
Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.
Last year when May used to run up to me after games and pick me up and hug me and swing me around.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
Never giving up even though I’m really negative and hard on myself.
Who is someone you are thankful for and why?
I’m thankful for all of my teammates from this year and last year because they’ve helped me so much, on and off the field and given me the best memories and laughs, and my mom who is always at my games.
What advice would you give to people that may want to play your sport?
It will never be perfect, focus on the good things you do, but also the mistakes.
What’s on your bucket list?
To gain more confidence in myself and hopefully go D1 in college soccer.
