What To Do if I’m Failing?

Samantha Brinkley, Reporter

The end of the semester is just around the corner, and a lot of you are probably stressed about if you’re going to pass or not. So here are some tips to help bring your grades up.

Tutorials are every day Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45-4:45. Make plans to attend. It could really help you understand what you’re struggling with in that class.

Ask your teachers about what you’re missing. See what hasn’t been turned in and make time to do it and turn it in. You won’t get a perfect grade since it’s late, but it’s better than a 0. It will also bring your grade up by a few points, which you might be needing to pass!

Also, ask questions in class if you’re confused! Most of us like to just sit on our phones and give up when it gets hard. But I promise, if you really put in the effort, you’ll finally understand it and be able to actually turn in your assignments.

Do you really want to repeat a semester of a class you’ve already been in? Ask your teachers for more information on how to get your grades up before the semester is over. Good luck!
