A Night in Wonderland

This past Saturday was the maddest night in wonderland yet, from the DJ’s awesome dance moves, to the photo booth fun, this homecoming dance was one to remember.
“My favorite part of the dance had to be when the DJ walked off the stage and pushed his way into the middle of a huge dance circle. He got everyone so hyped up,” senior Hailey Cook said.
People at the dance were dancing like there was no stopping, having a great time.
“I had a good time, I love dancing with people even if it wasn’t the best dancer,” senior Monika Lozano said.
The photo booth was a big hit there was a line that stretched almost out the door, from mustaches to fluffy boas, everyone had a chance to experiment and change their look.
“I enjoyed the photo booth because it was free and they had a lot of props,” freshman Jada Ellerbe said.
A memory can truly last forever, specially if you are with friends, or with people that think and like the same things you do.
“My favorite part was when the DJ played Monster by Skillet and then all the punk kids jumped in hype,” junior Keaton James said.
Sometimes people don’t have the most fun at dances in the beginning, but having the right people around can liven things up and make the party great.
“The beginning started off bad, but hanging out with friends made it better,” junior Sarah Fox said.
As a senior going to your last homecoming is something not to miss, and going with the right people just makes it so unforgettable.
“It was amazing, I got to go with my BFF and boyfriend, who was matching with me,” senior Jules Holcomb said.
