Today colleges and universities from Texas  and across the south to encourage young minds to further their education after graduation.  Many students had enjoyed their short and fast paced meetings with college representatives, giving Sam Houston State more than their share of attention from many students.

“I think this is a great way to get ideas for college,” said senior Katie Empringham.

Along side Sam Houston, out of state colleges such as University of Alabama had also made its way to Caney Creek. Many famed in-state colleges have also showed up to introduce themselves.
