On the week before homecoming, Caney Creek high school has a tradition of doing a spirit week which involves themed days that students dress up for.

This year, Tuesday 24 was Hippie Day. Hippie Day is a day where the style follows clothing that includes, vests, denim shorts or pants, leather sandals, tie dye, headbands, etc.

“Hippie day was a lot of fun because I liked seeing how everyone else dressed up,” Sophomore Morgan Sargent said.

Many kids continue to participate in this tradition for spirit week.
