The Caney Creek yearbook staff celebrated National Yearbook Day by setting up a game in the cafeteria during lunch called “Pick A Duck.” There were paper ducks spread out over the tables and each duck had a different prize you could win written on the back. There were $1.00 off coupons on your yearbook, $2.00 off, $10.00 coupon for seniors off their yearbooks, signature pages, or candy. Anyone could come up, pick a duck, and win a prize.

“It was a good game, I liked it and I think the yearbook staff should do more stuff like this,” senior Anthony Selph said.

The Pick A Duck game helped raise the sales of yearbooks. It made people notice the yearbook more and maybe want to buy one. Especially the people who won coupons for money off their yearbook. There are more games like this one to come throughout the year!
