FFA to have Fall Banquet

GOBLE GOBLE. Sophomore Hayley Hoffman greets FFA members to the food table for their Friendsgiving on Tuesday. Nov. 14, 2023. Each year FFA holds Friendsgiving for new and returning members to prepare them for the upcoming events. Members spent the night bonding and creating thank you cards for Thanksgiving.

FFA will have its Fall Banquet on Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023 at 6:00-8:00 p.m. in the commons

There will be a chili cook off, where members can enter their chili and judges will award five different chilis. The categories to be awarded are, Spicy-hot award, People’s choice award, Reserve award and Grand Champion award.

There may also be a guest speaker at the event and there will be recognition awards given out to certain members.

Margarita Rangel is Website editor-in-Chief and a photographer on Student Media. She has been on staff for three years now, apart from Student Media she's also a member of some honor societies. Secretary in NAHS, member of NHS, NTHS, StuCo, and Key Club. Rangel is also the Caney Creek intern for Conroe ISD sports photography. Favorite colors that bring her joy are Cobalt blue and Seafoam green. Her favorite band is Three Days Grace and is in love with DPR Ian and LIVE. She loves Criminals Minds, Greys Anatomy and streaming thriller Documentaries, her favorite horror movies is Insidious the Last Key. SHE ALSO VERY MUCH ENJOYS SPENDING HER TIME WITH LIZ AND NAT. (she also did everyone profiles so when you get the chance tell her good job even if she cant take the compliment..)
