How would other people describe you as an athlete?
They would describe me as laid back but also a hard worker, maybe playful as well.
How and why did you start playing?
I started playing when my mom introduced it to me and ever since then I fell in love with the game.
Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.
Before games I use bands to warm up my arm as well as hit in the cages to warm up before hitting.
For people that have never played your sport, what do you think the average person gets wrong about it?
People always think baseball is easy until they try it, baseball is harder than it looks.
What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?
I always eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch before my games and always go out to eat after.
Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.
My favorite memory was definitely hitting a grand slam while playing for my middle school team back in New Jersey.
Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.
I am most proud of myself for getting scholarship offers for baseball, being recognized, and asked to play for other teams outside of school.
As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?
I am thankful for my mom and dad for paying for all of the stuff I use and helping train me.
What advice would you give to your younger self when you began playing?
I would say keep balling out, and also don’t break your arm.
What’s on your sports bucket list?
I want to make a diving catch and I want to play on a MLB field.
