This is Copy Cat’s first year on staff but his fourth as a copy editor. Cat works for the New York Times, Associated Press, Houston Chronicle, Texas Tribune and Texas Monthly. He’s completely memorized the AP Style Book. The Journalism Education Association has pre-requisitely named Cat Journalist of The Year in unanimous vote. He’s also a convicted murderer.
