JUMP DOWN. Junior Randi McCord was in the triple jump on Thursday March 6, 2026. Before McCord started jumping she was on the sidelines trying to stretch as everyone else was getting ready to jump. “Before I jump I make sure I eat and I actually stretch really good because I'm scared to get hurt again.” McCord said.

Villeda is trying to be more involved in the school spirit since it's her last year in high school. “I like dressing up for spirit days especially this year because it's my last year as a high school senior,” Villeda said. “I really want to take every opportunity to have fun and make nice memories.”

Jade Alvarez is a photojournalist. She takes pictures of sports and clubs. She is in her first year on staff as a photojournalist. She also plays basketball, and on the basketball team Jade is a shooting guard. Her basketball season starts in October. She also has three dogs at home.
