GO CREEK!. Junior Derek Darkenwald yells during the junior class victory chant at the red out pep rally on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023. All grade levels chant “V-I-C-T-O-R-Y” the loudest in attempts to win the spirit stick for that pep rally. Despite his efforts the senior class won the stick instead. “If you’re not there to participate there is no point in you being there,” Darkenwald said. “It is gonna be boring if you just stand and sit there.”

Liz Fierros is photographer and one of the Yearbook editors-in-chief on the Student Media staff. She's been in staff for three years now and is apart of clubs such as National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Key Club, StuCo, and UIL Journalism. She enjoys doing arts and crafts and listening to music as well as taking pictures of about anything in nature. (she also loves nat and marg)

Jayden Solis, Sports Editor (Girls)
Jayden Solis is a photographer at Caney Creek High School, he takes photos of sports, clubs, orgs., and things that happen at the school. This is his first year being apart of staff, and he used to play for the school soccer team his freshman year, and he is in his third year in Culinary arts. He lives in Cut and Shoot with his mom and stepdad. He enjoys listening to music, fashion, video games, and soccer.

Karson Ward is a photographer in the Student Media program. This is her first year on staff, she's also involved in basketball class, and manager for volleyball.
