Keep scrolling to read more!

My older cousins started playing and I guess I looked up to them so I started playing.

Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.

I pray.

For people that have never played your sport, what do you think the average person gets wrong about it?

Most people don’t really get how to set.

What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?

Before the game I have to get a smoothie, pray, and listen to music. After the game I go over what I could’ve done better and I pray.

Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.

My favorite memory is when a few tournaments ago we had a huge upset against a team we were supposed to lose to.

Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.

I’m mostly proud of the person I am today and how far I came.

As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?

I am thankful for my coaches and parents because I wouldn’t be here without them.

What advice would you give to your younger self when you began playing?

To get out of your head and it’s a game about mistakes so just worry about the next point.

What’s on your sports bucket list?

To play college volleyball.
