How would other people describe you as an athlete?

Other people describe me as a very active and energetic person.

How and why did you start playing?

Keep scrolling to read more!

I started playing because I’ve liked this sport since I was little. I feel that with this sport you have to have great wisdom and also have a lot of technique to be able to win a game, its a big challenge.

Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.

Before a game I prepare myself mentally as much as I do physically. I exercise and warm up so that I am able to do well, not have injuries, and above all I give my best for the team.

For people that have never played your sport, what do you think the average person gets wrong about it?

I feel that when people see others playing tennis they think that it’s easy and at first you are going to do it well, but obviously it takes a lot of practice and concentration to be able to do it the way you want.

What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?

Well for me it’s not a tradition, but what I do before and after a game is pray and thank God for everything because I know that without him I am nothing.

Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.

I’m very proud of many things about myself but the thing I am most proud of is the effort I have put in on the sport and that I have never given up.

As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?

I am grateful for my friends and coaches because they have supported me greatly.

What advice would you give to your younger self when you began playing?

The advice I would give my younger self is to never give up even if you go through difficulties, and always try your best.
