How would other people describe you as an athlete?

Committed, Competitive, and Physical.

How and why did you start playing?

Keep scrolling to read more!

My dad introduced me into the sport and I have stuck with it ever since.

Describe how you prepare before a game/tournament.

I make sure to stay hydrated and load up on carbs on game day.

For people that have never played your sport, what do you think the average person gets wrong about it?

I think one thing that people may not realize is how much strategy is involved in soccer. People think we just run around and kick a ball around, but we have to think quick on our decisions and anticipate our opponents moves.

What personal superstitions or traditions do you have before, during or after a game?

Before a game I make sure to lock in mentally and physically, I’m usually listening to music before the game.

Tell us about your favorite memory as an athlete either on or off the field.

Definitely playing against Conroe. It was such an intense game and we managed to win both home and away games, that feeling afterward was priceless as well as the bus ride home, I couldn’t get this feeling anywhere else.

Tell us the story about what you are most proud of yourself for.

Going undefeated my sophomore year of high school.

As an athlete, who is someone you are thankful for and why?

My coaches and teammates. They saw something in me that I didn’t see, and encouraged me to work harder.

What advice would you give to your younger self when you began playing? T

Be more confident and put more time into practicing.

What’s on your sports bucket list?

Make second round of playoffs.
